A certified personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach, I've worked with high-school athletes, working professionals new to the weight room, and older adults through injury recovery.
Having navigated my own challenges with weight and mental health, I found a passion for functional fitness, weightlifting, martial arts, and hiking — and a calling to share what I've learned to help you build a routine that lasts.
